Excellent experience with Kirbys Moving from start to finish. Russell, Arman, and Javontay were professional, efficient, and took great care with everything during the move. They worked hard, stayed organized, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

What really stood out was the customer service from the owner, Tay. He personally followed up with a phone call after the move and even caught a billing discrepancy in my favor before I was even aware of it. He corrected it immediately, which says a lot about the company’s honesty and integrity.

Great move crew led by an honest and honorable individual. It was a tough move with lots of heavy stuff and a 2 hour drive but that got it done in a day.
